    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total service amount.

    6.1 Cancellation by the Provider

    • In exceptional cases, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the reserved service. In such cases, the client will be notified with at least 3 days notice.

    • If the cancellation is by the provider, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid or the option to reschedule the service based on availability.

  7. Refund Processing

    • Once the refund request is received and reviewed, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

    • The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  8. Return Policy

    • Since our business focuses on providing services rather than selling physical products, no product return policies apply. However, if a client is dissatisfied with the quality of the service received, they should contact by email or phone number to discuss possible resolutions, such as a review of the service or future adjustments.

  9. Modifications and Rescheduling

    • Clients may request modifications or rescheduling of the service with at least 3 days notice at no additional cost. Requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of 10 % of the total service amount.

  10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

    • In the event of any complaints or disputes related to the service provided, clients must submit a formal complaint to our email info@nimartproductions.com within 3 days following the service provision. We are committed to reviewing and resolving complaints fairly and promptly.

  11. Modifications We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and at our discretion. The modifications will take effect as soon as they are published on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of our website after the publication of modifications will constitute your acceptance of such modifications.
